**Put up Partition
On Tuesday June 7, we would like to split the room for the morning. The smaller section near the kitchen will need 25 chairs with tables, we are bringing a projector for that morning session. We would also like to have the larger room prepared for 45 people with the round tables. There will be a welcome by the City Manager for the entire group that morning if you have enough chairs to accommodate that would be great!

The plan is to use the podium and the projector for the larger wall at that end of the room for each day, and if we can use the microphone that would be helpful.
I think that is it. We will be having breakfast and lunch delivered and will set it up along the wall where you have the table already set up.
