Farewell Dinner + Auction Night

Description:All residents are invited to a pizza dinner party, after which out-going residents (or any one who have stuff to offer) will auction off the items they need to otherwise sell. Description/pictures, base prices, contact person and room number of the items should be sent in at least 24 hours before auction. We'll project each item on a screen and an auctioneer will conduct the auction. This will be open auction where people put up their hands and shout out their prices. A book keeper will keep track of the auction outcomes.
