| Description: | Spain & MIT - End of Year BBQ Thank you. We will probably need some tables/chairs for 50-60 people inside in the MP room (in case of rain) and also some tables/chairs for 50-60 people outside in case of good whether. Please make sure we can have access to the outside patio, in the past we've had to deal with the noise of the doors to the outside when they beep constantly when opened. We will also be using the outside BBQ grills, so if there is any preparation for that please let us know. |
